How international drilling-tool rentals are shipped, cleared and supported on the ground.

How do you handle customs and import for rental tools?
Our regional partners manage export packing, certificates of origin, temporary-import (ATA carnet where applicable) and local customs clearance so tools arrive rig-ready. Documentation is tailored to the destination country's requirements.
Do you provide on-site support with rental tools?
Yes — fishing-tool supervision, running assistance and technical support are available on request through our regional partners in most basins.
What happens if a rental tool is lost or damaged downhole?
Lost-in-hole and damage terms are defined in the rental agreement, typically at an agreed replacement value. We work with you on fishing options first, and our fishing tool inventory is often the fastest route to recovery.
